I need one

Been wracking my brain trying to figure out some situations. I'm knackered.
Ironically, neither of these situations I'm trying to understand are my own.

I'm just so amazed how well people can take things, or how well they manage to hide their pain. Though I'm more likely to be surrounded with good actors, or so it seems.

ugh... I probably confused you too now.

To put things simply, approximately 4 of my friends are in terrible situations, some of which are irreparable... and these people go on with their lives as if nothing is happening, and don't share their problems with others that might be able to help. I felt like a crybaby next to these people since I find it hard to act normal when something that bad happened to me, no matter how hard I suppress it. There have been cases where I was that convincing, but I know no good can come out of bottling your feelings.

I'm worried
I want to help, even if I have my own burdens.
I want these people to know I'm there if they need me, and my problems can go to hell, they need the help more than me right now. But I'm afraid they're not sharing because they're concerned about burdening others. ugh... I don't know what to do
It kills me to see these people in pain as they stay silent.
I wish I could help...

Any ideas what I could do?
